Project Management

All in-house highly qualified project management practice ensures both high quality delivery and timely completion for all of our projects working closely with the construction and the architectural and engineering departments. A main objective of this department is to maintain high levels of communication with our clients in order to ensure that we meet their every need as best we can.

Client Finance

Leptos Estates have an experienced Financial Department who can advise you on mortgages and financial planning as well as in-house solicitors. Custom Home Finance packages are offered in-house according to your project choice.

After Sales Support

The Leptos Estates team is always on hand to help and advise, in the coming days, weeks, months and even years after the purchase of your new home. The site team will probably still be on site when you first move in and they are there to help with any questions, or teething problems. Each purchaser is assigned to a personal Administrator who will be on hand to help with any customer requirements.

All the Leptos new homes come with a guarantee on the structure and workmanship.
