1.Business Development Manager

The Leptos Group has been a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 60 years. Business Development Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Improve organization’s market position, drive increased revenue to achieve the Company`s financial and sales growth
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and manages key client relationships. 
  • Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Actively manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Overall management of all strategic planning and operational activities
  • Increase customer’s satisfaction

2.Promotion Executives

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leaflet distribution
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions
  • Customer follow up
  • Follow all communication procedures and guidelines during every customer interaction
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with call center team members, sales team members and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction

3.Graphic Designer

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • •Supporting the Marketing team by designing fresh marketing material and updating marketing collateral. Digital marketing material and conventional marketing material that includes 
  • •Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
  • •Maintaining an organised library of high-quality photographs for all marketing purposes. i.e. Shutterstock, Bigstock etc.
  • •Adhering to brand guidelines and contributing to the brand’s visual identity

  • •Ability to prioritise and multitask under strict deadlines and pressure

  • •Proficient in Adobe CS, this includes Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop and other designing software

4. Civil Engineer for the Limassol Blu Marine Project

Scope and general purpose of the job

Under the general guidance of the Project Manager and Construction Manager and within the company policies and procedures, oversees the progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible for technical supervision, organization, implementation and cost control of the Limassol Blue Marine Project.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction activity from conception to completion

• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and budgeting procedure

• Oversee onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

• Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors and main Contractors

• Meet contractual conditions and performance criteria

• Review the work progress

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

• Cost control

 

Requirements

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering

• At least 15 years of experience in construction management

• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

• Familiarity with construction management software packages

•Leadership and human resources management skills

• Excellent time and project management skills

• Fluency in Greek and English languages

• •Experience in high-rise construction will be considered as an advantage.

5. Quantity Surveyor for the Limassol Blu Marine Project

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding and diversified organization. In this position, he or she will estimate the costs of construction projects, working with contractors, builders, architects and other professionals to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards. He or she must have strong organizational and communication skills in order to manage and direct development plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
  • •Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  • •Value completed work and arrange payments to contractor/subcontractors
  • •Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
  • •Advise on a procurement strategy
  • •Perform risk, value management and cost control
  • •Monitor and control costs throughout the project
  • •Identify risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation
  • •Allocate work to subcontractors
  • •Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections
  • •Reconciliation of accounts and cost control

Qualifications, experience and inter-personal skills

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar subject
  • •At least 15 years of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience or related field
  • •Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • •Sound knowledge of construction
  • •Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to organize, plan and strategize

6. SEO Specialist

Leptos Estates, part of Leptos Group is seeking to recruit an experienced individual for the position of SEO Specialist to be based in Paphos.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating a framework for evaluating the company’s website in terms of technical SEO, content and links
  • Auditing the existing website and reporting on issues and areas for improvement
  • Developing the overarching SEO strategy, setting goals in each area of SEO and developing the roadmap for achieving these goals
  • Carrying out SEO campaigns, from initial concept to reporting
  • Researching keywords and new opportunities for rankings
  • Coordinating with the front-end and Marketing teams to implement on-page changes
  • Coordinating with third parties to find opportunities for high quality backlinks building
  • Managing the internal content creation process in terms of SEO campaigns

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications or any other related field
  • At least 5 years’ SEO experience
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS to understand their impact on SEO and be able to make changes manually if needed
  • Ability to report on results clearly and effectively while flagging the most important details

7. Digital Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Implementation and execution of effective digital media campaigns that will grasp customer attention and generate quality sales leads
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Content teams to produce growth strategies and relevant creatives specific to each product
  • Create Landing Pages for each campaign/s
  • Manage end-to-end Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, including budget, implementation, assessment and reporting
  • Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations/suggestions on how to optimise these (i.e. expanding or shifting focus of the campaign/s)
  • Ensure alignment across content and messaging for ads, keywords and landing pages
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI, specifically around leads quality
  • Work with the company’s CRM system and sales team to build reports on the marketing funnel performance
  • Stay constantly up-to-date with digital marketing trends

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • At least 8 years’ experience in planning and executing Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Excellent experience with Google Ads: Google Search and Google Display (GDN & YouTube), Facebook and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in working with external agencies and internal stakeholders on digital media plans
  • Sound knowledge of email marketing software (Mailchimp, GetResponse), online banner creating tools (Bannersnack), email newsletter designing tools (MailStyler).

  • Be responsible for all accounting entries of the Rental Division
  • Report to the Chief Accountant
  • Post Invoices, receipts, petty cash and bank transaction on a daily basis
  • Reconcile customer accounts and prepare payments
  • Prepare bank reconciliation monthly
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly accounts
