The Leptos Estates team is always on hand to help and advise, in the coming days, weeks, months and even years after the purchase of your new home. The site team will probably still be on site when you first move in and they are there to help with any questions, or teething problems. Each purchaser is assigned to a personal Administrator who will be on hand to help with any customer requirements.

Peace of mind shouldn't have to be a luxury. At Leptos Estates it goes without saying that customer assistance is as much part of our service as selling homes, the two go hand in hand.

Legalisation of the Contract of Sale with the authorities
Assistance with applications for reduced VAT
Assistance with cancellation or change of use to the VAT department
Assistance with applications for Tax clearance in the event of cancellations or buybacks
Assistance with applications for Immovable Property Tax
Assistance with Registration at the Tax Office for a Tax ID
Transfer of title deeds
Handover of property
Transfer of the utility accounts to client’s names, after possession of the property
Liaison with Architecture and Construction department for any requested extra works
Liaison with Basilica Design Centre for furniture and electrical appliances proposals and orders
Council of Ministers application for non-EU and EEA citizens for the acquisition of immovable property in Cyprus
Provide updates on Statements of Account
Updating of title deeds and assistance with various Land Registry Office procedures
