Project Manager

Leptos Estates, part of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit an experienced individual for its Construction Department in Paphos. Under the general guidance of the Construction Manager and within the company policies and procedures, the Project Manager will oversee the progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible for technical supervision, organization, implementation and cost control of several projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and direct construction activity of projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and budgeting procedure
Oversee onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors and main Contractors
Liaise between engineers, architects and others working on the project
Meet contractual conditions and performance criteria
Review the work progress and ensure that it follows the construction program
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques and works are within specifications
Cost control and estimation
Contractual and legal matters

Requirements

BSc degree in Civil Engineering
At least 15 years of experience in project/construction management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Leadership and human resources management skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Fluency in Greek and English languages
Experience in new construction techniques will be considered as an advantage
