Cyprus Dubai Tourism Ties go to a new high!

08/06/2021

Cyprus reopens to UAE nationals and residents, offering quarantine-free summer travel. In addition, the strong tourism ties between Cyprus and Dubai have been growing over the past few years, which has prompted the Cyprus government to set up a Tourism office in Dubai.

With a long break expected for the Eid Al Adha holiday, plus the school summer holidays rapidly approaching, travel is on the minds of many UAE citizens and residents. Cyprus is open for quarantine-free travel from Dubai offering the perfect change of scenery filled with fresh air and a chance to reconnect with nature, visit friends and family, or simply enjoy the luxury of being able to go on holiday, only a short flight away.

The number of tourists from the Gulf countries to Cyprus increased by 4.8 per cent, reaching 18,462 last year as the European island prepares to accommodate more tourists across a vast number of hotels, resorts and serviced apartments in 2021.
