The beautiful and impressive Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, part of the Leptos Group, which is located in the enchanting Coral Bay area in Paphos, organizes on a weekly basis with great success traditional Cypriot nights where over 500 people attend the feast and stay up until late at night.

Jordanian journalists adored Paphos & Leptos Group
A fifteen member group of significant journalists from Jordan who cover the tourism, economy and social segment, visited Paphos & Limassol for a four day trip, following a special invitation by the Leptos Group.
During their stay, they visited the property developments of the Group, the new University of Neapolis, the Iasis Medical Centre as well as the Hotels and Holiday Resorts which are operated by the Leptos Group in the towns and provinces of Paphos and Limassol.

More great success of Leptos Estates in Lebanon
Success continues with the presence of Leptos Estates at the Beirut International Real Estate Exhibition. A Large number of buyers and investors were attracted by the company’s latest coastal line projects “ADONIS BEACH VILLAS”, “CORAL SEAS VILLAS” in Paphos and “LIMASSOL DEL MAR” in Limassol, three of the most luxurious super-modern seafront home developments, in Cyprus at present.

According to a recent article published in the newspaper "The Sunday Times", Limassol Del Mar is included among worldwide developments, adding Cyprus on the map of the most remarkable developments of international caliber. In the article entitled "Global homes to lust after", the famous international newspaper presents Limassol Del Mar as pick of the hottest properties around the world.

“Kamares Festival” Supporting Local Charities
Local charities benefitted with a substantial amount through the event of the “Kamares Festival” which took place last Saturday at Leptos Kamares Village near Tala, Paphos . Colorful stands displaying many unusual and unique handmade arts and crafts , local wineries offering free wine tasting and charity games. A great day of entertainment hosted by Simone Celine Swift , the colourful Morris Dancers , Paphos Zingers ,Kaela Santosh ,Thompson School of Dance and Performing Arts , the Dream Girls an Melissa Williams . Good to see so many people enjoying the day .

 Paphos remains the champion in Sales to Overseas Property Buyers
Property sales continue to grow for the fourth consecutive month in 2017, both from the domestic and especially from overseas markets and particularly from Russia, China and the Middle East. Paphos continues to have the lead in purchase contracts by foreign buyers recorded at the Department of Land and Registry by 38.5%, in comparison to Limassol which follows with 32%. Larnaca is third with 19.5%, and lastly Nicosia with 6.5%. and Famagusta with just 3.5%

Berlin Philharmonic deemed a huge success for Paphos
The Berlin Philharmonic concert in Paphos on Monday was a huge success, all involved, organisers, audience and musicians said. The 1,500 people who attended the sold-out concert at the square of the Paphos medieval castle gave standing ovations, seemingly not very bothered by the hot midday sun at the unsheltered venue.

Paphos Included in Lonely Planet’s Top 10 Destinations

Paphos has been named the ninth best European destination in Lonely Planet’s top ten places for international travellers to visit this summer.

Reasons for optimism in construction sector
Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades said that the real estate sector is now showing dynamic growth that allows optimism about the future.Addressing the General Assembly of the Cyprus Land and Building Developers Association (LBDA), he said "The real estate market is moving at a satisfactory pace at all levels, both in terms of sales and number of building permits, where we find today that real estate sales are at about pre-crisis levels, with even more optimistic prospects.”

Moody’s sees 3.3% growth rate in Q1 as ‘credit positive’
Moody’s Investors Service said that the 3.3 per cent annual growth rate of the first quarter announced last Tuesday is a credit positive for Cypriot banks, as it strengthens borrowers’ capacity to repay restructured distressed debt.

Cabinet approves casino deal
The cabinet on Thursday rubber-stamped the casino licence deal with the only bidder, Melco Hard Rock consortium. “With today’s decision, the council of ministers has completed an ambitious endeavour that started about three years ago,” Commerce and Energy Minister Yiorgos Lakkotrypis said.
