Michael Cartwright Retires from the Leptos Group

Pantelis Leptos announced Michael Cartwright retirement from the Leptos Group in September 2011, after 25 years with the company and to mark the occasion, a party was held where family, friends and work colleagues gathered to wish Michael and his wife Sheila all the very best for the future.
Joining Leptos in 1987 was a new - and enjoyable - challenge for me” said Michael.
“Back in the UK, I’d been managing director of a number of companies, including an electronics firm  and a chain of garages, and latterly had also been involved in property development in Britain.
“Having initially worked in sales at Leptos, I was then appointed the UK Marketing Manager, a role I held for some twenty years .
“I can honestly say I have enjoyed every aspect of my career with Leptos, which involved extensive travel throughout the UK and the Middle East .”
Another part of Michael’s marketing role was helping prepare the presentations for various Property Awards, and during his time with Leptos Estates, the company successfully secured over twenty top International Awards, the latest being in March 2011 when a special Gold Award was presented to the company by FIABCI ( The International Real Estate Federation) for Kamares Village.
“Working for the Leptos Group has been one of the most enjoyable periods of my life, not least because of all the friends I have made here in Cyprus, including work colleagues and clients, and I am now looking forward to enjoying a leisurely retirement on what I believe is this most beautiful island in the Mediterranean.
