Large development projects underway in Pafos

03/06/2021

The city of Paphos has already witnessed positive transformation in the last seven years, and the addition of thirteen new projects, worth millions of euros, will attribute to the city’s renewed outlook, filled with optimism for the future, and unprecedented tourism numbers. The planned urban regeneration projects will encourage economic, environmental and social benefits, making now the right time to invest in property in Pafos.

As most of the new projects are scheduled for completion in 2021, construction will carry on into 2022 as developments continue to further upgrade the city’s image, at the same time improving the quality of life of its citizens.

The Paphos Municipality has gained tremendous expertise, and has set an exemplary standard in planning and executing large-scale developments in recent years. The municipality undertook the completion of projects that were originally the responsibility of the Cyprus Department of Public Works, and will oversee the restoration of a listed building that houses certain services and sectors of the District Labour Office.
