Overseas and local buyers returning to Paphos

Although Cyprus continues to negotiate a bailout deal with the Troika, there are some early signs that domestic and overseas buyers are returning to Paphos despite the economic uncertainties.
While  property sales in February continued to decline, it appears that the rate of decline may be slowing and improvements were seen in Paphos where sales to both domestic and overseas buyers increased compared to February last year by 82% while Nicosia was hardest hit with 62%. It was the second month (January and February 2013) in succession that sales to overseas and local buyers have improved and a sign that they may be returning to Paphos area.

As Mr Sakis HadjiAlexandrou, Leptos Group Marketing Manager said, Paphos is back to the world property map and this is because Paphian properties Developers and especially Leptos Estates as the Leading Property Developer on the island  have put much effort into opening up new markets from all over the world. He also added that Paphos is a wonderful place to buy property because of its rich in beauty and blessed strong cultural legacy, with a wealthy nature and archeological sites. Paphos is a magic place to live!
