Ryanair CEO in Cyprus to Launch Paphos Winter Schedule

Ryanair’s Chief Executive Officer Michael O’Leary held a press conference today in Nicosia, to launch the Paphos winter 2014 schedule.The European low-cost airline will inaugurate a new, daily route between Paphos and Athens in its winter flight agenda, adding to the other seven flights in its Paphos schedule.

The Paphos winter 2014 schedule now includes flights between Cyprus and Athens, Brussels, Chania, Kaunas, London, Manchester, Rome and Thessaloniki.O’Leary outlined that Ryanair expects to deliver over 550,000 customers and support 550 on-site jobs at Paphos Airport, adding that the airline is predicted to grow by some 9% in Cyprus this year alone. The air carrier CEO also added that since its first flight in April 2012, Ryanair has carried over 1 million customers to and from Paphos. To celebrate this milestone, the airline is releasing 100,000 seats for sale across its European network, at prices from €19.99 for travel in September, October and November.
