Another Construction Achievement for Limassol Del Mar

One more local achievement marks the launch of the construction works of Limassol Del Mar’s Phase II. After concluding the relevant excavations and base support of the new building’s foundation, the construction team proceeded last weekend in setting the structure’s raft slab foundation by using reinforced concrete exceeding the quantity of 3,800m³.

This concreting process that lasted for 24 hours, is considered one of the largest in Cyprus’ construction history and it essentially completes the hardest manufacturing part of the project. Essentially, the completion of the raft slab foundation allows the new building’s resurgence to be rapidly progressing, which is presently taking place simultaneously with the current one.

It’s worth mentioning that the construction progress of Phase I is evolving fast with the building’s height to be increasing on a weekly basis.

Currently, the development employs more than 300 people while the number of the task force is constantly increasing; a fact that strengthens the local economy.

The multi-award winning Limassol Del Mar is a world-class development, in the ultra-desirable coastal Limassol, with an unobstructed sea view from all the apartments. This landmark development consists of luxury apartments, five star facilities and services, spa as well as high-end shops and restaurants.
