Law & Jurisdiction

  1. 10. These terms of use are governed by the Republic of Cyprus law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Terms and Conditions for property sales

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

  1. 11. Completion: means legal completion by the Customer of their property purchase from the supplier
  2. 12. Contract: the contract between the Supplier and the Customer for the sale and purchase of a property
  3. 13. Customer: the person or firm who purchases the property from the Supplier
  4. 14. Force Majeure Event: has the meaning given in clause 27
  5. 15. Supplier: Leptos Group of Companies, namely, Armonia Estates Ltd, Pandora Investments Public Limited, Ergomakers Ltd and any of their subsidiaries
  6. 16. All prices and charges on the website are quoted in Euro.
  7. 17. VAT is not included in the advertised and quoted price

Payments

The supplier offers to the customer, via payment links, the ability to make payments against his/her contracts, via bank transfers, debit and credit card payments, and crypto currency payments under the following terms and conditions

  1. 18. Fees may apply if payment is made by card or crypto currencies
  2. 19. Once the Customer card payment has been authorised, card details will be destroyed
  3. 20. Any payments made by the customer to the supplier, shall be deemed not to have been accepted until such funds have been received in full and cleared by the Supplier.
  4. 21. The client is fully responsible for providing all information deemed necessary for clearing the funds, in line to the provisions of the KYC/AML regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.
  5. 22. Payments in crypto currencies will be deemed as accepted at their equivalent in FIAT once this has been received in clear funds by the supplier.
  6. 23. The customer is fully responsible for paying any income tax and/or capital gains tax arising on the payments made to the supplier, via crypto currencies.
  7. 24. Once the Supplier has received cleared funds as referred to in clause 20 the Supplier will issue a receipt to the Customer confirming acceptance of the funds.
  8. 25. Any payments made cannot be reversed or charged back to the debit or credit card, once a receipt has been issued.
  9. 26. In the event the supplier and the customer agree to cancelling a contract and refunding any amount back to the customer, such amount will be remitted to the bank account it originated.

Force Majeure

  1. 27. The Supplier reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract, if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Supplier including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, epidemic, locks outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials (Force Majeure Event).
